Long-term rental — Tenant
You're renting a property and your landlord uses LandLordKeeper. The system automatically generates charges for utilities and rent. Your main task is simple: pay the bills, create a receipt with the bank document, and the system handles the rest.
View your charges
Open the charges page to see what you owe — utilities, rent, one-time expenses. Each has a date, type, and amount. This is your to-do list.
Pay and create a receipt
Pay the bills at the bank or online. Then create a receipt — enter the date, total amount, attach the bank document (photo/PDF). Select which charges this receipt covers. Payments are created automatically.
Confirm landlord's receipts
If the landlord paid bills on your behalf and created a receipt — review the attached document and confirm. One click.
Request repair compensation
Fixed a faucet, replaced a lock, called a plumber? Create a compensation request — attach the receipt, and the landlord will confirm. The amount credits your balance.
Penalties & violations
If you have penalties — see the details, evidence, and amount. Pay them off to clear your balance. Violations from overdue payments are tracked automatically.
Confirm adjustments
The landlord may create corrections — deposit offset, discount, recalculation. Review and confirm on your side. Both sides must agree.
Check your balance
See how much you owe at any time. Open the reconciliation for a detailed breakdown — every charge, payment, correction in one document.
Messages
Communicate with your landlord directly in the system. Discuss repairs, charges, questions — everything is saved. No need for WhatsApp or email.
