Request repair compensation
Fixed a faucet, replaced a lock, called a plumber? If you paid for repairs out of your own pocket — create a compensation request. Attach the receipt, describe what was done, and the landlord will confirm. The amount credits your balance.
When to request
- Plumber visit — leaking pipe or faucet
- Electrician — faulty outlet, circuit breaker
- Lock replacement — broken or lost keys
- Appliance repair — boiler, washing machine, oven
- Small maintenance — window adjustment, door hinges, sealant
How to create a request
Call the repairman, get the work done. Pay and keep the receipt or invoice — you'll need to attach it.
Go to your property → Repair Compensations → New. Enter the date, amount (materials + labor), and describe what was repaired.
Upload the receipt, invoice, or photo of the completed work. This is the proof the landlord will review before confirming.
The landlord receives a notification and reviews your request. They check the amount and attached document. Once confirmed — the amount is credited to your balance.
What to fill in
Example
The kitchen faucet started leaking on Tuesday. You called a plumber:
- Plumber visit — 300 UAH
- New faucet cartridge — 150 UAH
- Total: 450 UAH
Create a compensation request for 450 UAH. Describe: "Kitchen faucet repair — cartridge replacement + plumber labor". Attach the receipt. The landlord confirms — 450 UAH is credited to your balance.
What happens after confirmation
The confirmed compensation reduces your debt (or increases your credit). It appears in the reconciliation statement.
After bilateral confirmation, neither side can change the amount or delete the compensation. It becomes a permanent record.
If the landlord rejects your request — the compensation stays in the system for reference but doesn't affect the balance. Discuss the issue via Messages.
