Home How to work Tenant View your charges

View your charges

The system automatically generates charges every month — utilities, rent, one-time expenses from the landlord. You don't need to do anything for them to appear. Just open the charges page and see what you owe.

Types of charges

Utility charges

Electricity, water, gas, heating, garbage, security — generated automatically based on meter readings or fixed amounts.

Rent charges

Monthly rent from your contract — amount, period, and due date. Generated automatically when each period ends.

One-time charges

Ad-hoc expenses from the landlord — repairs, emergency services, special fees. These appear when the landlord creates them.

Where to find

1
Property page → Charges

Open your property and go to Charges. You'll see two tabs — Expenses (utilities) and Rental (rent).

2
Filter by period

Use date filters to see charges for a specific month. Filter by expense type.

3
Check the total

The page shows the total amount. This is what you need to pay. Amounts in your currency.

How to read a charge

Date When the charge was generated
Type Electricity, water, gas, rent — what the charge is for
Amount How much to pay — in your currency + property country currency
Period Billing period (e.g., 01.02–28.02)
Provider Utility company or service provider
Tip: Check charges regularly — ideally at the beginning of each month. Pay on time to avoid late payment violations. The system sends email notifications for new charges.
