What are expense types
One-time expense type
A special type created automatically for each property. Allows you to quickly add a one-off charge (repair, purchase, service) without having to set up a provider or tariff. Simply specify the amount and attach a document.
Configured expense types
Types you configure yourself: electricity, water, gas, heating, internet, etc. For each type you specify the provider, tariff, measurement unit, and calculation period (monthly/quarterly/annual). After setup, charges are generated automatically. Three consumption modes: fixed amount, by counter readings, or as-incurred.
