One-time charges

The system automatically generates charges for recurring expenses (electricity, water, gas, etc.). But some costs are one-off — a broken lock, plumber visit, or emergency repair. For these, use one-time charges.

What is a one-time charge?

A one-time charge is an ad-hoc expense that doesn't repeat monthly. It goes directly to the tenant's balance and appears in their charges list. No need to create a separate expense type — the system handles it automatically.
