Is LandlordKeeper difficult to learn?
No. The system is built so that the core features make sense without any special knowledge. While you set up your first property, you see a checklist of the required steps that updates in real time to show what is already done and what is still left. If any questions come up, support is always there to help.
Do I have to enter all the information myself?
No. Once everything is set up, tenants handle most of the day-to-day work themselves: they submit meter readings, upload receipts and fill in the required details. LandlordKeeper stores and organises it all, leaving you to review the result.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Data travels over a secure HTTPS connection and is stored on protected servers. Backups are created daily to reduce the risk of losing information.
Does LandlordKeeper share information about my contracts with third parties?
No. LandlordKeeper does not send contracts created in the system to government authorities or any other external service. You can use the contract inside the system, download it as Word or PDF and, if needed, sign it separately outside LandlordKeeper.
Can I try LandlordKeeper without registering?
Yes. You do not need an account to look around — open the demo version and explore the main capabilities of the service. To work with your own properties, though, registration is required.
Do I need a bank card to register?
No. Registering with LandlordKeeper does not require any bank card details. You can create an account and start using the service without adding payment information.
How does the trial period work?
After registration you get 30 days of full, unrestricted access to LandlordKeeper. That is enough time to add your own properties, configure them and see how the service works in practice. When the trial ends you can choose a plan or keep using the system in read-only mode.

Yes. Terms can be adjusted during negotiation, and once the changes are in you can generate an updated version of the contract. The finished document is available in 5 languages as Word and PDF.
