Bilingual Layout

When selecting 2 languages, the document is formatted in a two-column layout: left column - first language, right column - second language. This is convenient for signing by parties with different languages.

Rent Amount Addendum

The Rent Amount Addendum formalizes the rental payment conditions between the landlord and tenant. It specifies the monthly rent, payment deadlines, and consequences of late payment.

Deposit Addendum Details

The deposit addendum contains 6 sections:

Important Notes

  • Deposit is returned within 30 calendar days after the lease ends

Termination Notice Addendum

This addendum defines the terms for early termination notice of the Lease Agreement. It contains six sections:

Currency Rate Review Addendum

This addendum defines the terms for rent revision on currency exchange rate change. It contains six sections:

Other Conditions Addendum

The Other Conditions Addendum allows formalizing additional agreements between parties that are not covered by standard contract sections. This is a flexible document for special conditions.

Minimum Rental Period

The minimum rental period addendum establishes the period during which the tenant is obligated to use the rental property.
