User Roles
The system uses roles to define user permissions and access levels for properties.
Property Roles
These roles define the relationship between users and properties:
Landlord
PROPERTY_LANDLORD
Property owner/landlord.
Tenant
PROPERTY_TENANT
Property tenant.
Landlord Agent
PROPERTY_LANDLORD_AGENT
Authorized representative of the landlord.
Tenant Agent
PROPERTY_TENANT_AGENT
Authorized representative of the tenant.
Maintenance Staff
PROPERTY_MAINTENANCE
Technicians, cleaners, and other property maintenance staff.
How Roles Work
A user can have multiple roles. Roles are assigned when the user is invited to a property or added to a team. Each role grants specific permissions for viewing, editing, and managing property data.
