User Access

The property owner can control which users have access to view specific communications. This allows for granular permission management.

How Access Control Works

  • Owner Full Access: The property owner always has full access to all communications and can manage access for other users.
  • Other Users: Other property users (tenants, managers, etc.) can only view communications to which they have been granted access.
  • Cascade Deletion: When a communication or user is deleted, all related access records are automatically removed.
1

Open Communications

Navigate to the property page and open the Communications tab to see all communications for this property.

2

Select Users

In the User Access section, click "Grant Access" and select a user from the dropdown list of available property users.

3

Confirm Access

The selected user will now be able to view this communication. You can revoke access at any time by clicking the remove button next to the user.

Security

Secure storage

Your passwords and access data are stored securely. Only you and users you grant access to can see them.

Hidden passwords

Passwords are hidden by default. Click "Show" to reveal them when needed.
