What happens after the trial period ends without payment
What's Blocked in Demo Mode
When the trial period ends without a subscription payment, the property enters demo mode. In this mode:
- Creating and editing contracts is blocked
- Adding expenses and counter readings is blocked
- File uploads are blocked
- Viewing existing data remains available
How to Activate a Subscription
To exit demo mode, pay for a subscription from the property page → Billing. If your balance is insufficient, top up your wallet first.
After payment, the subscription activates instantly and all features become available.
Demo Mode Banner
The demo mode banner is shown to all property participants (landlord, agent, tenant).
The banner includes a link to pay for a subscription and information about restrictions.
